At Hoyle’s Farm we produce our own hay and haylage to ensure tractability and the best possible quality forage for your horses.

Haylage

Our rye grass haylage is grown as a crop at Hoyle’s farm where we produce excellent quality forage for your horse. Once the bale has been opened the haylage should be used in 7 days.

Pricing and sizes: These prices apply to single bales, volume discounts apply. We offer a no quibbles replacement should you have trouble with any of our forage

 Hoyle’s Hay

We offer meadow hay and rye hay with different bale type size options. The most cost effective being the multi pack and quadrant bales. Please do come and visit the farm to see the bales for yourself.

 

Hay Meadow Multi pack – £50.00 Details: Approx weight -300kg. Equivalent to 15 conventional bales, this is a large square bale that is split into 6 individual sections for easy handling. The price comparison per conventional bale is £3.33

Hay 8ft Meadow Quadrant bale – £55.00  Details: Approx weight: 380kg. One large six string bale containing hay volume equivalent to 20 conventional bales. The price comparison per conventional bale is £2.75

Hay Meadow Round bale – £35.00 Details: Approx weight: 250kg. To compare the costs against conventional bales, there are equivalent 12.5 conventional bales within this bale size making a conventional bale just £2.40

Hay Meadow Bale Baron – £115.00 Details: 21 conventional bales packed into one easy large bale. Cut the outer strings and away you go! £5.45 per bale

Timothy Hay Quad – £58.00

We offer different types of sized bales, the most cost effective being the multi pack and quadrant bale. Please do come and visit the farm to see these bales, if you have the storage, you’ll never order a conventional bale again!

Wheat Straw Bale Baron – £55.00 Details: 21 conventional bales packed into one easy large bale. Cut the outer strings and away you go! £2.60 per bale.

 Wheat Straw – Multi pack 6ft – £35.00 Details: Approx weight: 250kg. 6 large sectioned bales with one large baled multi pack. To compare the costs against conventional bales, there are equivalent 14 conventional bales within this multi bale size making an equivalent conventional bale £2.50

Delivery – As a working farm we try and focus all our deliveries on a Friday. Minimum order £200.00  for delivery within a 3 mile radius.
